Marcia Baxter
Literacy Coach
Marcia Baxter, originally from Saluda, SC, graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Elementary Education. She earned a Masters in Elementary Education from Clemson University and has added 66 hours above her Masters in Elementary Administration and Supervision and Language and Literacy. Marcia has worked as a classroom teacher, an assistant principal, literacy coach, instructional coach, and consultant.
Marcia currently resides in Columbia, SC, with her husband. She is the proud parent of two adult children and the Gigi to two of the cutest grandchildren in the world. Marcia is an avid reader of both personal and professional books. Marcia believes that all readers can succeed if given the right book at the right time.

Cameron Lamson
Speech Therapist
Cameron Lamson, SLP-A is contracted from Kid Connections Therapy Services, LLC. Originally from Columbia, SC, she graduated from Columbia College in 2019. She loves working with school-aged kids and getting to see the smile on their faces during speech sessions. Cameron has volunteered with preschool and school-aged children since she was 10 years old at her church and through different programs around South Carolina. Cameron enjoys traveling with friends and family, drinking sweet tea, and going on nature walks.
Teresa L'Heureux
School Nurse
Teresa L’Heureux was born and raised in the Camden area which she affectionately refers to as a modern-day Mayberry—a naturally beautiful, rural area. She is a graduate of York Technical College and Excelsior College. She has worked intermittently for KershawHealth since 2001. She works as needed as a Staff Nurse on Surg/Med Two—a busy Medical/Surgical Unit. Teresa has also served at KershawHealth in other capacities such as a Staff Nurse on the Karesh Wing, a Charge Nurse on the Surgical Unit and an Admissions Nurse for Hospice. She is Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as a Basic Life Support Instructor certified. Teresa is married to Nathaniel L’Heureux, a Charge Nurse in the ED at KershawHealth. Teresa and Nathaniel have a daughter, Stormy who has been a student at MSC since 2012. She is a delightfully blossoming Upper Elementary student. Teresa and her family couldn’t be more pleased with their MSC experience. Teresa, Nathaniel and Stormy reside in Camden.
Felicia Melville
Special Education Teacher
Felicia Melville, originally from Texas, graduated from Wayland Baptist University Hawaii in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2013 she earned a Masters in Special Education from the University of South Carolina and she is a licensed special education teacher. She has traveled the world with her husband who was in the military. She spent 9 years with the National Guard. She settled in South Carolina in 2002 and has been fostering children for 16 years where she advocated for her foster children’s needs to include ensuring that their educational needs were met. She is a strong advocate for children and believes that all children have a strength; they just need to find it. She operated Felicia’s Creations in Lugoff until changes in foster care led her back to fostering. She and her husband have 12 children and have 7 grandchildren with more on the way. She enjoys the arts (just don’t ask her to sing), upcycling, remodeling her home, travelling, reading, Lego building challenges, and spending time with her family.

Michelle Wright
Occupational Therapist
Michelle Wright, COTA/L is contracted from Lighthouse Theraputics. Originally from Sumter, SC, she has 3 years of experience with school-aged children intervention. She feels most rewarded when a child realizes that he has learned to do something he couldn't do before. Michelle enjoys reading, travelling, exploring nature.
