MSC SCHOLARSHIPS

questions. If the information is not applicable to you,
please answer with N/A (not applicable). Attach copies of
your 2011 income tax return, 2012 income tax return, and letter
of need to your application.
If you or
your spouse have unusual circumstances (such as loss of
employment), complete the application and consult with the
Headmaster. The deadlines for the application are:

1st Round – April 2013 for
returning students (submit
application, returns & letter to MSC Office by 5pm March
22, 2013)

2nd Round – July 2013 for returning and
new students (date to be announced)
